Using Rack

Rack is a personal workout-recording tool. You may use it for lawful personal purposes and must not reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its technology.

Health and safety

Rack records information you enter; it does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or determine whether an exercise, weight, or training plan is safe for you. Exercise carries risk. Use appropriate judgment and seek advice from a qualified medical or fitness professional when needed.

Free and Premium features

The free version supports up to five machines, two workout routines, and the three most recent history entries for each machine. Rack Premium unlocks unlimited machines and exercises, unlimited workout routines, and full machine history while your subscription is active.

Auto-renewable subscriptions

Rack Premium is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The price shown in the app is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Prices may vary by country or region.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Apple charges renewal to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Rack also provides Restore Purchases for eligible purchases.

Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for maintaining access to your device. Rack stores workout data locally. Please review the Rack Privacy Policy for details.

Availability and changes

We may improve, update, add, or remove features when reasonably necessary. We may also discontinue the app, subject to applicable law and App Store requirements. We do not promise that the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rack is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Apple’s terms

Your license to use Rack is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the applicable App Store terms control.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
